Ujjayi pranayama or ocean's breath is a yoga breathing technique that settles your mind from the chaos of the outer world. Deeply inhale and then exhale through your nose. Close your mouth and constrict your throat while you do this. You can hear a sound similar to ocean waves.
Cooling Breath
Shitali pranayama or cooling breath is one of the yoga breathing techniques that reduce heat in different parts of the body. Initially fold your tongue horizontally and breathe in through the fold. Hissing Breath

Start with normal breathing. Slowly increase the pace of your breathing. You can close one nostril and inhale through the other or breathe through both the nostrils. As you progress, do it fast.
